By using Keypo (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

1. User Obligations

   • You agree not to upload any content that is illegal or violates any laws, including but not limited to:
     • Copyrighted material that you do not own or have explicit permission to use.
     • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
     • Defamatory, obscene, or harassing content.
     • Malware or any other harmful software.
     • Content that infringes on the rights of any third party.
     • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content.
     • Content that promotes violence or illegal activities.
     • Any other content that is prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.

2. Limitations of Liability

   • The Service is currently in a pre-production phase and is provided on an "as is" basis. You acknowledge that there may be bugs, errors, or other issues that could result in:
     • Loss of data or files.
     • Loss of access to the Service.
     • Other unintended consequences.

   You agree that Cash Maverick LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to the loss of files or access to the Service.

3. File Removal and Access Modification

   • Cash Maverick LLC reserves the right to remove any file and modify or remove any user's access to the Service at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

4. Indemnification

   • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cash Maverick LLC, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

5. Modifications

   • Cash Maverick LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

6. Governing Law

   • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
